Are subscriptions available?

Subscriptions are currently only available in Germany, France, Austria, and Switzerland. We will update this website if that changes.

Does Primal Harvest deliver outside of Germany?

Yes. We deliver to Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are typically 5–10 business days from the date your order is shipped. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and no deliveries are made on Sundays or official holidays.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, customs processing times (for international orders), and courier service availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for our money-back guarantee within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

You can start your return through our Returns Portal

Please note that the customer is responsible for both obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for our money-back guarantee within 30 days of the original purchase date. As part of the application process, you must provide a clear reason for your request, which will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

Refund approval is subject to meeting all outlined requirements for the guarantee. If the provided reason does not meet the eligibility criteria or the required conditions are not fulfilled, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Can allergic reactions occur?

Our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes gluten, eggs, fish, crustaceans, milk, tree nuts, soya, and lupin. This means that trace amounts of these allergens may be present due to shared equipment or production areas. Can I take the products if I have a pre-existing condition?

Our products are formulated for use by healthy adults aged 18 years and older. They are not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone with underlying health conditions without prior medical approval.

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, or have known allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
